But what had me captivated was the food. Breakfast was one of the most amazingly delicious and freshly provided breakfasts I have ever had. Their Vegan Chef, Aggeliki Charami, brings the hotel’s vision to life by continually exploring new flavor profiles and hidden ingredients. Blending the essence of Mediterranean treasures and aromas with the precision of Japanese culinary traditions, her creations engage the senses, evoke emotion, and awaken memories.
