The “Alemagou effect” really nails that sense of community and belonging. There, we had the chance to attend the usual ethereal Monday party and the amazing food that Chef Thomas Matsas creates with so much finesse and love!

Mr Matsas has managed to capture the essence of both the culinary artistry and the experience one gains when there! We began our dinner with delicate sea bream carpaccio and a beautifully balanced tuna tartare. From the salad offerings, we explored the roasted eggplant salad alongside a vibrant cherry tomato and strawberry mix—each dish refreshing and full of character.
Our culinary journey continued with two standout pasta dishes: the spaghetti with sea urchin, rich and briny, and the pasta with razor clams, subtly sweet and perfectly al dente. The avocado and taramas dips added creamy, flavorful touches that complemented every course along the way.
To finish, we had the divine pleasure of savoring the lobster pasta, easily the highlight of the evening and quite possibly the best main course we’ve ever had. A truly unforgettable meal. As for the drinks… let’s just say, one far outshined the other.
