Fiona Mouzakitis: Artist’s book, “The Book of Sleep”

“The Book of Sleep” is an artist’s book by Fiona Mouzakitis, featuring photographs, digital collages, and text. The book will be shown at the exhibition “BOOKMORPHS: Artists’ Books from Greece & the UK”
14 October – 28 November 2025
The Hellenic Centre, London
“The Book of Sleep” is meant as an exploration of sleep and consciousness. Sleep removes us from the real world into imaginary places. When we sleep, time and space disappear. We lose consciousness and, in our dreams, all real-world constrictions disappear. Our subconscious mind rules, and our feelings and fears are expressed freely.
