Stay: a 200-year old restored villa
Surrounded by lemon trees and olive groves, our home for the long weekend is a stunning historic villa. Restored for modern comfort, but with traditional details (such as the original stove) intact, it’s the perfect setting for rejuvenation and a spring reset.
The Villa consists of four separate quarters: a main house with two bedrooms, along with three guest houses. The Main House has a large living room with an open dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The living room leads out to the front main veranda with a beautiful seating area overlooking the orchard, where you can relax
below the ceiling fan’s breeze. The veranda has a large family-style dining table for all meals al fresco. There is a pool, and the villa is situated in a traditional, picturesque villa not far from Ancros historic chora.
What’s included
3 nights in a villa:
This historic property embodies low-key luxury hospitality. Surrounded by lemon trees, olive trees, and access to hiking trails – it’s perfect for a spring escape.
Two meals per day:
Daily breakfast from local ingredients, one taverna meal out per day. We’ll also have one meal as a post hike picnic. Just one meal on arrival and departure day included.
Guided hikes:
We’ll hike to waterfalls and through fields of wildflowers during this verdant time of year. Andros is known for its beautiful trails.
Daily movement:
All-levels friendly yoga and meditation will help you de-stress and reconnect to your body, as well as nature’s rhythms
Flower crown workshop:
We’ll celebrate May 1st as inspired by the ancient Greeks: Making flower crowns while discussing the myth of Persephone.
Cultural activities:
Weather depending, we will visit an incredible local monastery, vineyard, and take part in local May 1 celebrations/traditions.
Transfers to activities:
No need for a car, unless you want one. We’ll have a pickup arranged to and from the port, as well as to group activities. HOWEVER, you’re more than welcome to rent a car.
Historic tour of Chora:
We’ll have a guided tour to learn about Andros Chora, once the home of Greece’s shipowning families. stroll through Andros historic Chora, full of old mansions and beautiful views of the sea.

Transport to Andros:
Andros is a close, easy ferry to Athens from Rafina. We’re not including transit in case you want to arrive earlier or leave later!

A twin bed in a shared room with an en-suite bath. Bring a friend or make a new one! You have your own mini villa space in the Jasmine Guesthouse, situated on the upper level overlooking the pool. It also has a built-in sofa that can be turned into a third bed -inquire for pricing if three
people want to share this. It has its own bathroom with a separate shower and private WC.

The Rosemary Guesthouse features one bedroom with a queen-size bed, your own small open kitchen, and its own bathroom. The living room was designed to be a seating area, which can easily be converted into a sleeper couch for one guest. Inquire if you want to share this room! Pricing pp will decrease.

Main villa, LUXE single – king bed
Located in the main house, the most luxurious option: a king-size bed and an en-suite large bathroom, opens out to a private veranda with a stunning view of the fruit and olive trees. The perfect place for morning coffee, journaling, and simply being. This is part of the main historic villa with easy access to the kitchen and spacious living area
downstairs. Inquire if interested in booking this as a double; price per person will be 900.
