Brioni unveils Brioni Maestria, the pinnacle of customization

By Christina P. Mallaki

Brioni redefines the art of bespoke tailoring with its latest project, Brioni Maestria, unveiled at the Spring/Summer 2027 presentation.

Elevating the brand’s bespoke excellence to new levels of exclusivity, Brioni Maestria expands the seasonal collections by offering customers greater personalization, spurring individual style and distinction through a broad range of options across all categories, from shirts and knitwear to footwear and small leather goods.

At the heart of this immersive and engaging journey lies a dual approach. The first is Brioni’s renowned “Su Misura” tailoring, offering customization within established guidelines, while the second embraces an Alta Sartoria approach that becomes the ultimate beacon of individuality and personal artistry.

In addition to fabrics, clients can choose from a range of details, including buttons, linings, combinations, and technical specifications. The goal is to present the Brioni universe as the pinnacle of refinement, allowing customers to participate in the creative process and enjoy fully dedicated, high-end service.
Firmly rooted in its pioneering vision, the Brioni Spring/Summer 2027 men’s collection embraces the brand’s unique savoir-faire and the eternal beauty of Rome, refracted through its colors.

Embracing a refined boldness through the art of color is a Brioni hallmark. This season, the palette explores the Roman gentleman’s lifestyle and its surrounding landscape – the city’s historic center, its hazy countryside along the Appia Antica, life by the water, and nighttime occasions.

In Brioni’s hands, Rosso Roma, eucalyptus green, slate gray, travertine beige, column white, ochre, Trevi and midnight blue, and coral transmit a wearable, livable sense of elegance.

From yarn to the final stitch, Brioni’s tailoring fits like a second skin, effortlessly bridging formal and leisure.

Season after season, Brioni revisits its core pillars of color, innovation, the highest-grade quality, and the perfect balance of Roman couture heritage and modern nonchalance.

Every piece highlights innate elegance through manners, poise, and confidence, inspired by charismatic style-setters such as Marcello Mastroianni and Gianni Agnelli.

Tracing a clean, deconstructed silhouette, the unlined, double-breasted Soffio blazer is crafted from slightly water-repellent light nubuck and adorned with gold buttons. The double-breasted version with low buttoning and ultra-light shoulder in Zefiro fabric, a silk, cashmere, and linen blend, over a Trama knit polo shirt, merges formality with sportiness.

For dressed-down moments, the shirt-collared blouson in suede, enriched with alligator-effect nubuck details, and the signature Vagabond overshirt, a mix of cashmere softness and suede suppleness, provide the perfect marriage between structure and ease.

InternalUtility and elegance harmonize in the unlined Sahariana jacket in wool-and-linen herringbone over a striped shirt, while the Travel Jacket in lightweight wool Hopsack with alligator-print nubuck details offers plenty of style mileage.

Lastly, a Plume suit in Prince of Wales, worn over a striped shirt and tricot tie, is the epitome of Roman elegance, refreshed with an updated cut and jacket length.
Among the season’s highlights is the Footglove lace-up shoe, reinterpreted from the Brioni archives.
